Introduction

At Mediagenix and its associated companies within Mediagenix Group (“Mediagenix”), our dedication lies in upholding ethical, responsible, and sustainable business practices. We approach our engagements guided by principles rooted in mutual respect, integrity, and environmental, social, and governance awareness.

Committed to our customers and internal and external stakeholders, we expect all our suppliers providing products and services to Mediagenix (“Suppliers”) to share these core values and ethical standards.

Mediagenix’ Supplier Code of Conduct (“Code”) outlines the principles we expect our suppliers to uphold in their interactions with us and within their own operations. Mediagenix requires Suppliers to act in accordance with the Code and with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards within the jurisdiction they operate in. Additionally, Suppliers must impose substantially similar obligations to those set forth herein to their own suppliers, (sub)contractors and agents.

Overview

The Code outlines Mediagenix’ principles and outlines what is expected of its Suppliers with respect to the following topics:

  5. Diversity and inclusion
  6. Fair compensation
  7. Confidentiality and data protection

Supplier Code of Conduct

I.  Ethical Business Practices:

Mediagenix is committed to uphold the highest ethical standards and to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Mediagenix expects its Suppliers to do the same and to adhere to the following:

  • Suppliers must conduct their business with integrity, honesty, and transparency.
  • Suppliers should comply with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws.
  • Suppliers should have a policy and process in place for reporting workplace concerns or should have at least a roadmap of implementing such policies.
  • Suppliers should maintain accurate records and financial reporting practices.

II. Quality and Safety:

Mediagenix’ DNA includes providing high quality services and products, which are created and provided in a safe working environment. Mediagenix expects its Suppliers to meet those standards and to implement health and safety practices across their operations:

  • Suppliers must deliver products and services that meet or exceed agreed-upon quality standards.
  • Suppliers should prioritize the safety of their products, employees, and customers, adhering to relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Suppliers should promptly address any product defects or safety concerns and implement corrective actions as necessary.

III.    Environmental Responsibility:

Mediagenix is committed to reducing the environmental impact of its operations and in working with Suppliers who do the same:

  • Suppliers are encouraged to minimize their environmental impact by implementing sustainable practices, such as resource conservation, waste reduction, and pollution prevention.
  • Suppliers should comply with all environmental laws and regulations and strive to improve their environmental performance over time.
  • Suppliers should consider the environmental implications of their operations, including the use of energy, water, and raw materials.
  • Suppliers, and their entire supply-chain, should comply with applicable laws and conventions with respect to the use, handling and disposal of hazardous waste and other known pollutants.

IV. Respect for Human Rights:

Mediagenix underwrites the United Nations Global Compact and therefore supports the overarching principles and declarations of that pact. Mediagenix strives to adhere to that pact and expects its Suppliers to do the same.

  • Suppliers must respect and uphold the human rights of their employees and stakeholders, including the right to fair treatment, nondiscrimination, and freedom of association.
  • Mediagenix expects it Suppliers to not tolerate physical violence, threats, corporal punishment, verbal abuse, disrespectful behavior, bullying, or harassment of any kind.
  • Suppliers should not tolerate any form of slavery, human trafficking, forced labor, child labor, or exploitation in any form at any point in their operations or supply chain.
  • Suppliers should provide a safe and healthy work environment for their employees, free from unequal treatment in employment, harassment, abuse, or discrimination.

V.  Diversity and Inclusion:

Mediagenix believes that diversity and an inclusive workplace add value to the company and its culture and that any form of discrimination should not be tolerated.

  • Suppliers should promote diversity and inclusion within their workforce, embracing people of all backgrounds, genders, races, and cultures.
  • Suppliers should foster a culture of respect and inclusion, where all employees are valued and empowered to contribute to their fullest potential.

VI. Fair Compensation:

Mediagenix’ compensation structure is based on equal pay for equal work and we expect our Suppliers to do the same.

  • Suppliers must ensure fair and equitable compensation practices, including equal pay for equal work, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Suppliers are encouraged to conduct regular pay equity analyses to identify and address any disparities in compensation based on gender, race, or other factors.
  • Suppliers must refrain from discrimination in hiring, promotion, and compensation decisions, ensuring that all employees are treated fairly and without bias.
  • Suppliers must comply with all applicable wage and labor laws and regulations. All use of temporary, dispatch and outsourced labor shall be in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

VII.    Confidentiality and Data Protection:

Mediagenix requires its Suppliers to protect the privacy of individuals, including but not limited to employees, customers, and other trade partners.

  • Suppliers must respect the confidentiality of proprietary information and intellectual property belonging to Mediagenix.
  • Suppliers should implement appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality and security of any sensitive information shared by Mediagenix.
  • Suppliers should implement appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality and security of its employees, customers, and other business partners.

Compliance with the Code

By adhering to this Code, Suppliers demonstrate their commitment to partnership, integrity, and responsible business practices.

Mediagenix values its relationships with Suppliers who share our commitment to these principles and will work collaboratively with them to achieve our mutual goals.

If Supplier does not comply with this Code, Mediagenix may, at its own discretion, propose a grace period and/or decide not to cooperate with Supplier or to terminate the cooperation with Supplier.
