Your challenge

  • As Business Development Director, you’ll drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across Spanish-speaking markets in the US, Mexico, and Latin America, with a focus on Broadcast, FAST, OTT/DTC/VOD, and Telco sectors.

  • To get more into detail, you’ll:

  • Identify and open new market opportunities, working closely with the Business Development and SDR teams.
  • Develop and manage relationships with channel partners across Mexico, Central, and South America.
  • Leverage Mediagenix’s expertise and solutions to offer unique perspectives on channel management, content supply chain, and business strategies, positioning our platform as a growth enabler.
  • Build and maintain tailored sales strategies, collaborating with pre-sales and solution architects to engage stakeholders and drive decisions.
  • Lead the sales process from discovery to implementation, ensuring consistent revenue targets are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Success, Tech, Legal, etc.) to ensure seamless client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to create long-term account plans, fostering growth and customer satisfaction post-implementation.
  • Regularly conduct account reviews to identify opportunities for deeper engagement and business expansion.

  • You’ll report to the MD Americas and be an integral part of the Mediagenix Americas sales team.

Your interest and skills

  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in Enterprise Software or Broadcast Management, CMS, OTT, or similar solutions, with proven success in acquiring new business in Latin America.
  • You excel at identifying new opportunities and developing leads.
  • You are self-driven and have a strategic mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.
  • Closing high-value deals and navigating complex solution sales processes motivate you.
  • You have excellent presentation and writing skills.
  • You’re based in South Florida or Atlanta, you’re able to work regularly from the South Florida office.
  • To top it all off, you’re fluent in Spanish, with strong English skills. Portuguese is a plus.
