Service Windows
A Service Window is a pre-scheduled timeframe set by Mediagenix for conducting preventive maintenance that may disrupt service.
Patch Management
Basic Patch Management is bundled with every Mediagenix Managed System and executed during regular Patch Windows utilizing default patching procedures. This entails proactive follow-up and automated installation (which may necessitate Mediagenix’s patching client on the server) of critical and security updates released by Mediagenix. By default, Mediagenix’s Patch Windows are scheduled weekly during nighttime hours.
